The ADHD Relationship Toolkit is run by Nick Sullivan. We collect as little information as possible. This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
What this site collects
There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comment sections on this site. We don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details while you browse.
Analytics
If analytics is switched on, this site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are in the world, the type of device used and which site referred them. It also counts when someone visits the Toolkit page or clicks a purchase button. None of this identifies you.
If you email us, we'll receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. It's used only to reply and won't add you to any mailing list.
Purchases
The Toolkit is sold through Gumroad. When you click a purchase button you leave this site, and Gumroad handles payment, delivery and receipts. Gumroad will share some order details with us as the seller (such as your email address and what you bought), so we can help if there's a problem with your order. Gumroad's own privacy policy explains how it handles your information.
Hosting and fonts
Like any website, the servers that host this site may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it's used. To do any of these, email nickjacobcoaching@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. See also the cookie information and disclaimer.
