Digital downloads and refunds

What you're buying

Every product on this site is a digital download — a PDF file. Nothing is sent by post.

How you receive it

Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Once payment goes through, Gumroad shows a download link straight away and emails you a receipt with the same link. You can use the link in that email to download the file again later.

If something goes wrong

If the download doesn't work, the file won't open, or you didn't receive your receipt email, first check your spam folder for a message from Gumroad. If you still can't access your purchase, get in touch at nickjacobcoaching@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy it, and it will be sorted out.

Refunds

If you're not happy with the Toolkit for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email nickjacobcoaching@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy it. You don't need to give a reason.

This doesn't affect your legal rights. If the file is faulty, doesn't match its description or can't be accessed, get in touch at any time and you'll be offered a replacement or a refund.
